Role Description

- Planning and managing daily injection moulding production.
- Managing production targets, machine utilization, and manpower.
- Setting moulding parameters such as temperature,



pressure, speed, cooling time, and cycle time.
- Ensuring consistent product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Managing mould changes, machine setup, and trial production.
- Monitoring raw-material consumption and production wastage.
- Troubleshooting moulding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and colour variation.
- Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintaining production records, rejection reports, and machine performance data.
- Improving cycle time, productivity, and overall machine efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and production standards.
- Training and supervising injection moulding operators and supervisors.
