About the Role: We are a rapidly scaling Healthtech company dedicated to making healthcare accessible and seamless. We are looking for a data-obsessed Product Manager of Growth to own our user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels. You will experiment aggressively, optimize patient journeys, and build scalable growth loops to drive patient onboarding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end growth metrics, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), activation rates, and user retention.
- Design and execute high-velocity A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion funnels (e.g., patient sign-ups, telemedicine bookings, subscription renewals).
- Partner with performance marketing, CRM, and engineering teams to build automated, product-led growth (PLG) loops and referral programs.
- Analyze complex user behavior data using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Clevertap to identify drop-offs and unlock new growth opportunities.




- Drive engagement strategies by personalizing the user experience based on health profiles and interaction history.
- Ensure all growth initiatives comply with healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NDHM guidelines).

Must-Have Qualifications

- 4 to 8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Product Management (specifically in Growth or User Acquisition).
- Strong analytical background with the ability to write SQL queries and extract insights independently.
- Proven track record of running successful A/B tests and utilizing product analytics tools.
- Experience in consumer-facing (B2C) applications, ideally with a focus on high-frequency usage or subscription models.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience in the Healthtech, Telemedicine, or Wellness industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and patient data privacy standards.
- Experience integrating marketing automation and CRM tools into the product ecosystem.
