- Responsible for product & service development and feature addition in existing India Private Line Services product suite.
- Responsible for driving Segment specific business for India Private Line services.
- Maintain & track sales funnel and coordinate with capacity planning team to ensure capacity management to meet growing customer needs
- Interface with Service delivery team for increasing operational efficiencies in SD WIP process for faster O2C realization.
- End to end business process development and roll out of services according to plan and adhering to NPI/PCR process.
- Funnel analysis, Churn control for specific segment.
- Identify problems, conduct detailed analysis and provide updates, develop and/or modifies processes related to products lifecycle management




- Co-ordinate with Engineering &
- Service assurance team for critical customer escalation & resolution
- Developing &
- Implementing Segment specific product &
- GTM strategy
- Training –
- Periodic training to sales, solutions & commercial ops on product updates, new technology rollouts, etc.
- Responsible for driving marketing campaign/ promo offers in the market.
- MIS responsibility and product dashboard preparation for various business KPI’s
- Soft Skills

i) Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

ii) Robust problem solving & troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

iii) Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks across different teams.

iv) Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Education: Graduate in Engineering/Post-Graduate in Management
- Experience: 8-10 years in product management, telecommunication engineering
