Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong Banking/Financial Services and Gen AI exposure to drive the strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate should be strong in product lifecycle management, business requirements, stakeholder management, and emerging Generative AI/LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap to launch and continuous enhancement.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and prioritize Gen AI use cases across banking, lending, payments, customer service, risk, operations, or compliance.
- Work closely with Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, UX, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver AI-driven products.
- Understand and apply LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, embeddings, and conversational AI to banking use cases.
- Translate business problems into scalable and commercially viable AI product solutions.
- Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, product releases, and stakeholder communication.
- Define product KPIs, adoption metrics, ROI,



and continuously optimize product performance.
- Ensure products meet banking regulatory, security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for current AI-enabled banking products.

Must-Have Skills
- Product Management / Product Owner experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Gen AI / LLM-based products.
- Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Chatbots/Conversational AI.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and products such as lending, payments, cards, deposits, digital banking, risk, or compliance.
- Strong experience in PRD, BRD, user stories, roadmap, backlog, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex AI concepts into business/product requirements.

Good to Have
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar Gen AI platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud, data platforms, ML/AI lifecycle, and AI governance.
- Experience launching AI/Gen AI products in production.
- Prior experience with digital transformation or large-scale banking platforms.
