We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of an AI-native B2B product designed for complex engineering, tendering and document-intensive business workflows.

The successful candidate will combine product-management capability with practical domain understanding. You will work directly with enterprise users, product designers, business analysts, AI engineers and software-development teams to identify customer problems, define the roadmap and convert domain workflows into scalable product capabilities.

Professional experience in at least one of the following sectors is mandatory:

- Water and wastewater infrastructure
- Electrical or modular infrastructure
- Data centres
- Industrial manufacturing

Relevant experience may come from working within these industries, supporting EPC or engineering projects, managing bids and proposals, or developing technology products for these sectors.

This is a product-ownership role—not solely a project-coordination position. You will be accountable for what the product should solve, what gets prioritised and the outcomes delivered to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of users, industry workflows and operational challenges within the target sectors.
- Conduct discovery sessions with bid, proposal, estimating, engineering, commercial, contracts and management teams.
- Map complex workflows involving tender review, qualification, compliance, risk, estimating, proposals, approvals and contract handover.
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, priorities and release objectives.
- Translate customer and domain problems into clearly defined product opportunities and use cases.
- Prioritise features based on customer value, domain relevance, market opportunity, technical effort and scalability.




- Distinguish between customer-specific requests and capabilities that should become part of the core product.
- Work with the Product Business Analyst to define requirements, business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive workflows, prototypes and enterprise-product experiences.
- Partner with AI and engineering teams to assess feasibility, define expected behaviour and make product trade-offs.
- Define how AI should assist users while maintaining accuracy, transparency, reviewability and human control.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure requirements and priorities are clearly understood by the development team.
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, product demonstrations and release-readiness reviews.
- Engage directly with customers during product demonstrations and pilots.
- Capture structured feedback from pilots and convert validated learning into product improvements.
- Define and track product metrics such as adoption, feature usage, workflow completion, time saved and customer outcomes.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen product differentiation.
- Support Product Marketing and Sales with positioning, use cases, demonstrations, launches and sales-enablement material.
- Ensure product decisions consider enterprise requirements such as security, permissions, auditability,



integrations and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Mandatory professional experience in at least one of these sectors: water and wastewater infrastructure, electrical or modular infrastructure, data centres, or industrial manufacturing.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably involving B2B SaaS, enterprise software or workflow platforms.
- Demonstrated experience taking a software product or major feature from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Understanding of engineering, EPC, tendering, proposal, estimating, commercial or contract-related workflows.
- Strong capability in customer discovery, problem definition, roadmap planning and feature prioritisation.
- Experience managing complex business workflows and document-intensive enterprise applications.
- Ability to translate industry problems into explicit product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with product designers, business analysts, engineering, AI and QA teams.
- Strong understanding of agile product-development practices, backlog management and release planning.
- Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, edge cases and product-success metrics.
- Ability to communicate credibly with domain experts, enterprise customers, senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to challenge customer requests constructively and protect the long-term scalability of the product.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A track record of ownership, independent decision-making and cross-functional leadership.

Experience with AI/LLM-enabled products, document intelligence, knowledge systems or workflow automation would be highly valuable.
