Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to join
our Test Preparation business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have
strong market knowledge, excellent customer engagement skills, a consultative
sales approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The role will involve managing the assigned market, developing new business
opportunities, building customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and
driving revenue growth across the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales and revenue growth for the Test Preparation business across the
assigned territory.
* Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual targets.
* Build robust relationships with customers, institutions, partners, and other
key stakeholders.




* Approach customers through a consultative sales approach, understanding their
needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
* Maintain and effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring healthy funnel
movement and timely closures.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of market geography, customer segments,
competitive landscape, and local business potential.
* Manage trade and distribution activities within the assigned territory.
* Develop and manage distributor/channel relationships and ensure effective
market coverage.
* Undertake regular outstation travel and market visits as required.
* Ensure effective geographical coverage of the assigned territory and identify
untapped markets.
* Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer
requirements and provide actionable market insights.
