nKey Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.n
- Understand client briefs, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements.n
- Develop campaign strategies and influencer recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.n
- Coordinate with influencer, creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.n
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from brief receipt and proposal to execution, reporting, and closure.n
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.n
- Prepare and present campaign proposals, presentations, and performance reports to clients.n
- Regularly communicate campaign progress, updates, challenges, and solutions to clients.n
- Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.n
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.n
- Maintain robust knowledge of influencer trends, platforms, content formats,



and industry developments.n
- Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for future campaigns.n
- Work closely with the business development team to support pitches and convert opportunities into successful accounts.n
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, campaigns, deliverables, and commercial details.n

- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies.n
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.n
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management abilities.n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.n
