Job Description
The designer will own the end-to-end design process from understanding user needs and mapping product journeys to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final handoff. The person will work closely with the product and development teams to establish consistent design standards and create an intuitive experience for business users.

- 5+ years of relevant product-design experiencen
- Proven experience designing B2B SaaS or similar enterprise productsn
- Robust understanding of end-to-end product and user journeysn
- Experience designing dashboards, workflows, administrative interfaces, and information-heavy screensn
- Ability to understand user behaviour, pain points, and decision-making patternsn
- Strong knowledge of colour psychology and its purposeful application in product designn
- Experience creating and maintaining consistent design systemsn
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive designn
- Ability to simplify complex information and workflowsn
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, usability testing, and task analysisn
- Ability to create clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design handoffsn
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsn
- A portfolio demonstrating both visual-design quality and effective problem-solvingn
