The Chance
This hands-on role owns email and collaboration platforms, identity, cloud infrastructure, data protection, cybersecurity, endpoints, networks, software subscriptions and IT assets. The successful candidate will combine technical depth with responsive support, disciplined documentation and operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Email & collaboration: Administer Microsoft 365/Exchange Online or Google Workspace, including users, groups, shared mailboxes, permissions, retention and anti-spam controls. Manage domains and DNS records, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Identity & access: Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta or equivalent identity services; implement role-based access, MFA, SSO and conditional access; and control joiner,



mover and leaver provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Cloud operations: Administer AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud services spanning compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, backups and cost controls. Track availability, capacity and usage.
- Data protection: Manage backups, encryption, access controls, secure file sharing and retention. Perform recovery tests, maintain evidence and coordinate data access with application and data teams.
- Cybersecurity: Operate endpoint protection/EDR, patching, vulnerability remediation, firewalls, VPNs, security logging and alert response. Support incident handling, policy enforcement and ISO 27001/SOC 2 readiness or audit activities.
- Hardware & networking: Procure, configure and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, internet links, firewalls and VPNs. Coordinate repairs, warranties, AMCs, vendors and outage restoration.
