Position: ERP Implementation Consultant - Finance & Accounting

n

(Fintech - Tech Enthusiast with Finance Knowledge)

n

Note:This is not a Developer role. IT candidates without Finance/Accounting knowledge should not apply.

n

>> Responsibilities:

n

n
- Understand client business processes and requirements for ERP implementation.
n
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting Entries, aligned with Business Process Flow.
n
- Based on client business processes, prepare BRDs, check feasibility, and create Functional Solution Documents.
n
- Implement ERP systems and train clients on usage.
n
- Apply analytical thinking to build logic for matching and consolidating data from different sources into reports.
n
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries during client go-live.
n

>> Preferred Skills:

n

n
- Strong understanding of business processes and transactional flow; excellent command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.)
n




- Analytical mindset with the ability to map business problems to ERP workflows.
n
- Positive communication skills for client interaction and training.
n
- AI enthusiast who applies critical thinking - comfortable using AI for automation while being mindful of data privacy.
n

>> Eligibility Criteria:

n

n
- Genuine interest in Fintech is a must. Open to Fresher CAs, Commerce Graduates, MBA (Finance/BA), or any professional background with prior ERP experience.
n

n

n

Note: Experience with Zoho Finance Apps (Zoho Books, Payroll, Inventory) or Internal Control/Audit projects will be an added advantage.
