A leading EPC organization is looking for a senior business leader to drive business capture and order acquisition across high-growth technology and industrial infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and secure large-scale EPC orders with robust margins.
Identify and qualify prospects across Semiconductor, Pharma, Solar, Battery, FMCG and other advanced manufacturing facilities .
Lead bid strategy, proposal optimisation, costing, negotiations and post-bid follow-ups.
Assess commercial/project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with clients, consultants, technology providers, OEMs, contractors and overseas partners .
Develop market intelligence,



customer pipelines and competitive strategies.
Lead and mentor the business capture team.

Ideal Profile:
Engineering graduate with 20–25+ years of experience in EPC Business Development / Business Capture.
Proven track record of securing large EPC orders.
Robust exposure to tendering, costing, commercial evaluation and risk management.
Established network across relevant industrial/technology sectors.
Robust negotiation, networking, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
