Job Purpose

nDrive user access governance and identity lifecycle operations across enterprise applications. This role focuses on executing User Access Reviews (UARs), managing access governance workflows, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting compliance requirements while ensuring the principle of least privilege across the organization.

nWho You Are
n

- n
- Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)n
- Experience managing User Access Reviews (UARs) and access certification campaignsn
- Strong understanding of access governance, entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and least-privilege accessn
- Experience with Okta or similar Identity Providers (IdP)n
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Conductor One, or similar IGA platformsn
- Strong understanding of SSO and SCIM provisioningn
- Experience managing access requests, approvals, application assignments, group memberships, and identity lifecycle processesn




- Strong understanding of audit evidence collection, access control reviews, and security governance documentationn
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Freshservice, Google Workspace, and Slackn
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong documentation and audit-readiness mindsetn
- Comfortable working with global teams and managing multiple prioritiesn
