nWe are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant with 4–8 years of overall experience and solid expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Time Tracking solutions. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM processes, time tracking configurations, and integration touchpoints with Payroll and Absence Management.

nKey Responsibilities:
n
nConfigure and maintain Workday Time Tracking business processes, time entry codes, time calculations, work schedules, and time-related security.
n

nGather business requirements and translate them into Workday Time Tracking solutions.
n

nDesign, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking configurations and enhancements.
n

nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to streamline workforce time management processes.
n

nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Time Tracking and related modules.
n





nSupport end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and post-production activities.
n

nPerform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
n

nCreate functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
n

nWork closely with integration teams to support inbound and outbound interfaces impacting Time Tracking.
n

nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
n

n

nRequired Skills:
n

n4–8 years of IT/HRIS experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.
n

nStrong experience in Workday Time Tracking configuration and support.
n

nGood understanding of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll processes.
n

nExperience with Workday business processes, security, reports, and calculated fields.
n

nKnowledge of Workday integrations and EIBs.
n

nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management ski
