About the job – Digital Designer

nThe Role
nAs a Digital Designer, you'll produce display ads, email campaigns, and websites for hotels, airlines, and tourism companies across one of advertising's most competitive verticals. This is an execution-focused role. You'll manage multiple customer projects at once, each with its own established brand guidelines, and take pride in delivering creative that consistently performs.
nYou'll collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and the Design Team Lead as part of a growing creative team.

nResponsibilities

- n
- Design HTML5 and static display banner ads for customer campaignsn
- Use best practices to design large volumes of high-quality animated display advertisingn




- Build ads that reflect cohesive and consistent design with the customer’s brandn
- Create ad copy in the absence of copy being providedn
- Take initiative to give recommendations on ad designs in the absence of directionn
- Ensure quality assurance from start to finishn
- Submit designs for approval in a timely mannern
- Design, segment, and schedule email campaignsn
- Use best practices and cohesive design to align with the customer’s brandingn
- Design large volumes of monthly templated emails based on a pre-set content calendarn
- Design bespoke, custom emails for customersn
- Assist with the creation of creative A/B tests for display ads and emailsn
- Share A/B test results with customers and Client Success Managers to help guide them on design recommendationsn
- Video shortening and basic video editingn
- Insert music and graphicsn
- Ensure video follows a logical sequencen
- Design and update web pages and landing pages
