nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Linux Administrator to join our global Infrastructure Operations team. This is a 100% remote position supporting enterprise customers based across the globe specifically US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong Linux administration expertise, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and outstanding communication skills to interact directly with US clients.
nAs this is a 24/7 operations environment, candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements.

- Linux system administration, REST API integrations, patch management, system monitoring, troubleshooting,



and production operations support.n
- Linux infrastructure, ensuring security compliance through effective patch management, supporting business-critical applications, and enabling automation through API-based integrations.n
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux servers in production environments.n
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of Linux systems.n
- Troubleshoot operating system, hardware, networking, and application-related issues.n
- Monitor system health, logs, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.n
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical alerts within defined SLAs.n
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.n
- Support user access management, permissions, file systems, and storage administration.n
- Configure and manage SSH, DNS, NFS, Samba, cron jobs, system services, and package management.n
