nNetwork technician who supports Network infrastructure for retail customer across globe having minimum 8 years of experience in networking
n2
nGood Knowledge and Hands on Experience on routing, switching and wireless
n3
nExperience in Configuring and troubleshooting router, switch, access point
n4
nKnowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM tool
n5
nExperience in working with Aruba / Cisco for TAC and RMA support
n6
nBasic knowledge in ClearPass/ISE
n7
nAbility to work independently and coordinate with onsite engineers to resolve issues.
n8
nFamiliarity with network switches, cable management, and troubleshooting.
n9
nCCNA, CCNP, or other relevant certifications is a add-on
n10
nAvailable to work on 24/7 Operational support
n11
nStrong technical background in network planning, radio frequency, and RFID/AP systems.
