nAs a Workday Integration's Sr Consultant/Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, and challenging work. Through use of creative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including, Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital Workday practice can expect to work closely with leadership on a variety of tasks and initiatives. You will engage and collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients.

nPreferred Skills & Experience:
n

- Current Workday Integration Core and Studio certificationn
- 5+ years of integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvementsn
- Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 3 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phasesn
- Deep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connectn
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaborationn
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project managementn
