Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations between

Icertis CLM

and enterprise systems
Implement integrations with

SAP Ariba

and

SAP S/4HANA
Work on REST/SOAP APIs, IDocs, OData services, and event-based integrations
Configure and manage integrations using middleware platforms
Troubleshoot complex cross-system integration issues
Collaborate with procurement, legal, and IT teams to align contract-driven processes
Support global SAP + Icertis rollout and transformation initiatives
Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security, and compliance standards
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in

enterprise application integration
Hands-on experience integrating

Icertis CLM (ICM/ICI)




Strong experience with

SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA integrations
Expertise in

REST and SOAP APIs ,

IDocs , and

OData
Experience with

middleware platforms

(CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, PI/PO, etc.)
Strong understanding of

procurement, sourcing, and contract-driven ERP processes
Excellent problem-solving and cross-system debugging skills
Experience working on

large global SAP + Icertis programs
Good-to-Have Skills
Icertis Integration Certification
Knowledge of

SAP Ariba integration frameworks and best practices
Experience with event-driven or asynchronous integrations
Exposure to cloud-based integration architectures
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models
Experience working with global stakeholders and multi-vendor teams
