nMandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB.n
- Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation.n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.n
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.n

nPreferred Skills:
n
- n
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.n
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).n
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.n

nQualifications:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.n
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.n
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.n
