Yana IVF & Fertility Centre* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Centre Head* to take complete ownership of centre operations, patient experience, business development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibiities

n

n

* Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre

n

* Drive patient footfall, IVF counselling, conversion and revenue targets

n

* Lead and manage centre teams across clinical and non-clinical departments

n

* Monitor the complete patient journey: *Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start*

n

* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and referral partners

n

* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Telecalling and Counselling teams

n

* Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections, referrals and conversion performance

n

* Identify business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence

n





* Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience

n

* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and target assessments

n

* Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, patient safety and NABH requirements

n

* Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to management

n

n

Candidate Profile

n

n

Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineMBA / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred

n

*6–10 years of relevant experience*

n

*IVF / Fertility / Hospital experience strongly preferred*

n

Proven experience in centre operations, team management and revenue targets

n

Solid doctor relationship and business-development skills

n

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities

n
