We Are Hiring: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality onsite technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of end-user systems and office IT infrastructure.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments

n

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner

n

• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning

n

• Support office IT infrastructure such as network connectivity, AV systems, and workplace technologies

n

• Maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct inventory audits, and ensure compliance with asset management policies

n





• Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and maintenance

n

• Assist in IT projects, office relocations, and technology deployments

n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

• Proven experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure environments

n

• Robust knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device support

n

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points)

n

• Hands-on experience with IT asset management and inventory control

n

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

n

• Strong communication and customer service skills

n

• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with remote teams

n
