? KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Management

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Develop and execute production plans based on customer demand.

Improve productivity, cycle time, throughput and OEE.

Manage workforce planning, shift operations and resource allocation.

Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.

Tool Room & Die Maintenance

Manage maintenance, repair and refurbishment of dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures and tooling.

Ensure tooling availability for uninterrupted production.

Establish preventive maintenance programs for stamping and forming dies.

Monitor die life, tooling performance and tooling-related quality issues.

Support new tool development, modifications and commissioning.

Heat Treatment

Manage hardening, tempering, carburizing and nitriding processes.

Monitor furnace performance,



process controls and product quality.

Ensure furnace maintenance, calibration, traceability and process audits.

Manufacturing Engineering

Optimize production processes and line layouts.

Support NPD, process validation and production ramp-ups.

Drive Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Maintenance & TPM

Improve equipment availability through preventive and predictive maintenance.

Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Drive TPM initiatives to improve asset utilization and OEE.

Leadership

Lead Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Tool Room and Heat Treatment teams.

Develop talent, succession planning and employee capabilities.

Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering and Customer teams.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
