We’re looking for a curious, analytical and high-ownership individual to join our team as a Product Management Trainee .

What you’ll work on:

? Product: Understand customer problems, identify opportunities, define solutions and work with design & tech to build and improve products.

? Insights: Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, sales and customer success data to identify trends and actionable insights.

? Growth & Conversion: Understand the customer journey, identify funnel drop-offs and work on initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.

? Customer Experience:



Understand customer pain points and translate them into product and process improvements.

⚡ Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to take initiatives from problem identification → insight → solution → execution → measurable outcome .

What we’re looking for:

→ Analytical, curious and eager to learn

→ Robust problem-solving and communication skills

→ Comfortable working with data and ambiguity

→ Takes ownership and can work independently

→ Interested in products, technology, customers and business

→ Excited to learn, experiment and build A background in Product, Business, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Sales or Customer Success is a plus, but not mandatory .
