Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pendurthi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and services that support manufacturing and operations. The role includes identifying and qualifying suppliers, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials according to quality and safety standards.

The Procurement

Manager will monitor market trends, evaluate supplier performance,



and collaborate closely with production, quality, finance, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement risks. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, preparing procurement reports and analytics, and continuously improving procurement processes and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to analyze costs, manage budgets, and use procurement and ERP systems effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement best practices.
- Familiarity with chemicals, polymers, manufacturing processes, and industrial safety standards (experience in similar industries is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proven capability in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in procurement or supply chain is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with data-driven reporting and presentations.
