About the Role We're hiring a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Executive to strengthen procurement across our contract manufacturing business. This role requires ownership of ingredient and packaging sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiation, and NPD sourcing support. Candidates should have prior procurement experience within FMCG, food & beverage, or contract manufacturing; this is a category-specific role, not a generalist purchasing function.

Key Responsibilities

- Source raw materials, ingredients, and packaging (bottles, jars, caps, labels, cartons, pouches, flexible packaging) across product categories
- Identify, evaluate, onboard,



and develop new suppliers; maintain multiple sourcing options for cost competitiveness and supply security
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules; drive cost optimization without compromising quality
- Track commodity, ingredient, freight, and packaging price trends; run supplier comparisons and commercial evaluations
- Source materials for lab trials, pilot batches, and commercial production; support R&D;/NPD with commercial quotations
- Coordinate procurement with production schedules; maintain RFQs, POs, supplier records, and procurement trackers/ERP data

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Development
- Prior experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Ingredients, or Contract Manufacturing is required for this role
- Strong negotiation, commercial evaluation, and supplier management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and procurement documentation
- Structured, analytical approach with robust ownership mindset
