Role & responsibilities

- Technology transfer from R&D;/kilo lab to pilot and commercial scale.

- Process scale-up evaluation and feasibility assessment.

- Perform mass & energy balance, heat load, line sizing, and PSV/vent sizing calculations.

- Use DynoChem or similar tools for process modeling and scale-up studies.

- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs;, HAZOP, PHA, compatibility reports, and technical documentation.

- Review process safety studies (RC1e, thermal screening, powder safety, etc.).

- Execute pilot and commercial batches and support plant troubleshooting.

- Drive process optimization, debottlenecking, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

- Conduct FMEA and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with QA, QC, Manufacturing, R&D;, and EHS teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Process Development, Technology Transfer, or TSD within Pharma/Chemical industries.

- Robust understanding of process engineering and process safety.

- Experience in pilot plant and commercial manufacturing support.
