. Open Kissflow and check pending and delayed activities.
- Start with the most important and most delayed activities.
- Contact the employee responsible for the pending step.
- Ask politely why it is pending and when it can be completed.
- Follow up and verify that the Kissflow step actually gets completed.
- If the employee cannot resolve the problem, contact the concerned HOD / Department Head.
- If an important issue is still unresolved or needs a management decision, escalate it to Management.
- Keep a simple record of key delays, reasons, commitments and unresolved matters.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
