We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Principal Architect to lead architectural design, project development, and execution across residential, commercial, hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design concepts from initial briefing through execution.

- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically robust architectural solutions.

- Review and approve architectural drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

- Lead and mentor architects, junior architects, and design teams.

- Ensure quality and consistency across all stages of project development.

Requirements

- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture,



preferably with experience in residential, commercial, and renovation projects.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, or similar architectural software.

- Excellent design, presentation, and technical documentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

- Excellent communication and client-management skills.

- Proven ability to lead and manage architectural teams.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
