- Managing a team along with tech responsibilities

Qualifications:
- 812 years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in SQL Server, NoSQL databases, Python for AI/ML workflows, tools and data processing. Familiarity with .NET and C# and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
- Ability to combine technical depth with strategic thinking, ensuring productive delivery and platform optimization.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven experience in driving technical delivery while being hands-on when needed.
