Job Purpose

To facilitate purposeful, inquiry-led learning that empowers students to take ownership of their learning, develop the IB Learner Profile attributes, and become confident, compassionate, responsible, and lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver inquiry-based, concept-driven lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework

- Design and implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace

- Observe, assess, and document student learning using formative and summative strategies

- Foster IB learner profile attributes and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills

- Maintain student portfolios, records, and reports

- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

- Collaborate with specialist teachers and support teams

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education

- IB PYP training preferred
- 2–5 years of teaching experience
