Role Description The Pricing Manager role at Kamya Shipping Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role involves developing, reviewing, and updating pricing strategies for freight forwarding, special cargo, and value-added services to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

The Pricing

Manager will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and operational costs to prepare quotations and rate sheets for existing and potential clients. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams to evaluate bids,



optimize margins, and maintain accurate pricing databases and documentation. The role also requires monitoring performance against pricing benchmarks, recommending adjustments, and supporting management with data-driven reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including experience with cost analysis, margin calculations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, cargo services, and logistics industry practices, preferably with exposure to special cargo operations.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, pricing tools, and basic business software; familiarity with tracking or logistics software is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, operations, finance, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial roles in logistics or shipping is preferred.
