Experience & Skills

- 6–10 years of experience across pre-sales, solutioning, consulting, quality engineering, testing, business analysis, or delivery support.
- MBA or equivalent business exposure preferred but not mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of Quality Engineering services, including test strategy, automation, performance testing, security testing, test data, release assurance, and managed testing services.
- Hands-on experience building and implementing QA Automation, AI-led Quality Engineering, or AI Assurance solutions
- Domain expertise in at least one industry: BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, proposals, client presentations, and solution documentation.
- Strong communication, PowerPoint storytelling, stakeholder management, and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced pursuit environments while maintaining quality and accuracy.
