We're Hiring: Manager - Web Developer | Marketing & Communications Hyderabad (On-site) | Full-time Are you a hands-on web developer who loves owning projects end-to-end — from CMS content to code deployment? Join our Marcom team and take charge of our website's technical backbone! About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Web Developer to manage our website's technical and content operations — from authoring in Umbraco CMS to building front-end components, implementing SEO, developing paid landing pages, and keeping our site fast, secure, and high-performing. This is a true end-to-end role spanning CMS operations, component development, deployments, API integrations, and technical SEO. What You'll Do ✅ Author and publish content in Umbraco CMS per brand & SEO guidelines ✅ Build reusable Umbraco templates, document types & front-end components ✅ Develop and maintain custom HTML/CSS/JS landing pages for paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) ✅ Implement technical SEO — canonical tags, JSON-LD schema, hreflang, Open Graph ✅ Configure UTM tracking across all paid landing pages ✅ Identify and fix front-end & CMS bugs ✅ Optimise images and drive Core Web Vitals improvements ✅ Conduct regular site audits (content, links, accessibility, performance)



✅ Deploy code via Umbraco Cloud pipeline (Dev → Staging → Live) ✅ Build API integrations with CRM, analytics & marketing platforms ✅ Draft BRDs for current features and technical changes Must-Have Skills HTML5 (semantic markup, ARIA, structured data) CSS (responsive layouts, Flexbox, Grid) JavaScript (DOM manipulation, async/await, fetch API) Umbraco CMS (authoring, templates, backoffice admin) Basic .NET (.cshtml templates, page models) Technical SEO (canonical, schema, hreflang, sitemaps) UTM tracking & campaign landing pages Image optimisation (WebP, srcset, lazy loading) Bug identification & browser DevTools Security basics (OWASP, HTTPS, CSP) ✨ Good to Have jQuery/JS libraries | Lighthouse & PageSpeed Insights | GA4/GTM | Figma-to-code translation What We're Looking For Degree/diploma in Web Development, CS, IT, or equivalent 5-6 years of professional web development experience with SEO expertise A strong portfolio showcasing HTML/CSS/JS work Experience with any CMS (Umbraco, AEM, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.) Bonus: experience building paid campaign landing pages Who You Are A proactive self-learner with an ownership mindset, sharp attention to detail, and robust communication skills — someone who takes tasks from brief to delivery (and beyond).
