Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and market researchn
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our servicesn
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT/IoT/software solutionsn
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; track leads through CRMn
- Travel extensively for client meetings, demos, and relationship-building across the regionn
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create proposals and quotationsn
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targetsn
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesn
- Maintain accurate reporting on outreach, pipeline status, and conversionsn

nRequirements

- n
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B/IT services preferred)n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with cold outreachn
- Ability to understand and articulate technical/IT service offerings to non-technical stakeholdersn
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced environmentn
- Willingness and readiness for frequent travel, including outstation tripsn
- Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools is a plusn
