nJob Specification
nCandidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a technical consultant, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of technical tools used for reports, integrations and Fast Formula development/debugging. Experience on more than two implementation or Oracle HCM Cloud support projects is required. Technical experience in Core HR and Payroll is required; Benefits, Compensation, ORC, Absence Management and Time and Labor are preferred.

nResponsibilities

- n
- Work closely with customers to understand technical issues and tailor solutions.n
- Troubleshoot Reports, Integrations and Fast Formula issues within agreed timelines.n
- Debug and provide solutions for BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts and Quick Formulas.n




- Prepare impact assessments/analysis for upgrades.n
- Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.n
- Support test execution and resolve issues.n
- Provide regular status and issue reports to the Project Manager.n
- Create reusable technical components for future engagements.n

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound integrations, reports and Fast Formulas.n
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structure and BI Publisher.n
- Experience with Extracts, HDL and PBL Fast Formulas preferred.n
- Strong debugging and P1/P2 ticket resolution skills.n
- Ability to analyze BRDs, provide estimates and prepare Functional/Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence and Production Migration Documents.n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.n
- Jira/ServiceNow experience preferred.n
- Ability to guide junior technical team members.n
- Strong written, oral and presentation
