nWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Analyst to join our team and drive the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of HR technology products. The successful candidate will leverage solid analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and drive successful delivery against business objectives.

n Job Summary:
n
nPrimarily responsible for understanding and supporting HR business processes, analyzing complex data, and implementing technology solutions to address business needs. Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations between HR systems, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Platforms,



Identity Management systems, and other enterprise applications.
n

nInteracts with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as internal and external vendors and support groups to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience, as well as testing of application releases and upgrades.
