Job responsibilities:

- Revenue generation for the company through Multimedia solutions for the city/regionn
- Coordinate regularly with the Programming & Marketing teams (Content & Solutions Teams) for client activities, ideation, events’ calendar etc.n
- Maintain relationships with agency personnel, clients, their key decision makers, decision influencers etc.n
- Prepare and implement Annual,Quarter,Month sales strategy for the city.n
- Provide direction to sales team by developing, implementing and monitoring progress of the yearly and monthly sales plann
- Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market sharen
- Be the custodian of revenue performance of the city (Vertical) and also be responsible for yield maximizationn
- Identify, develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.n
- Recommend pricing strategies / tactics for the cityn
- Ensure adherence to company policies in all revenue processes.n




- Drive the team to achieve on-time payment collections.n

- Monitor, coach and mentor team members in closing large value sales closures by meeting & building relationships with decision makers of key accountsn
- Conceptualise and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to sell the idean
- Identifying the right talent and investing time in developing them by frequent feedback on their performancen
