nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation for a MEA customer.
n

nThe consultant will work from our Hyderabad offshore delivery center and collaborate closely with onsite SMEs and business stakeholders.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions.n
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modules.n
- Configure enterprise structures including:n

nLegal Entities, Business Units, Departments, Positions, Grades, and Workforce Structures
n
- n
- Configure and support employee lifecycle processes across Core HR.n
- Configure Absence Management, including:n

nAbsence Plans, Accruals,



Eligibility Profiles, Absence Types and Approval Workflows
n
- n
- Configure Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), including:n

nTime Entry Layouts, Time Calculation Rules, Time Consumer Setups, Time Processing Profiles,
nTime Approval Workflows and Time Card Validation Rules
n
- n
- Perform SIT, UAT, defect analysis, resolution, and functional testing.n
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user support materials.n
- Provide implementation and production support from an offshore delivery model.n
- Coordinate with onsite SMEs, business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.n
- Support integrations between OTL and Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Time.n
- Participate in requirement workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings.n
