- 6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a robust focus on hiring for SAP (Mandatory).n
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.n
- Strong experience using Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping as it's an Individual Contribution role.n
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioural competencies.n
- Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders.n
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines.n
- Willingness to work from Office 5 days a week (11 AM – 8 PM IST).n
- Work location: Bangalore/Punen
