nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer – Proposals & RFP Response to own the complete proposal lifecycle—from identifying new business opportunities and researching RFPs to developing compelling, technically accurate proposals and managing successful submissions.
nThis is a strategic, client-facing role that goes beyond technical documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional writing skills, and proven experience managing end-to-end proposal development within an IT Services or Software organization. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, solution architects, delivery teams, and sales to create winning proposals that drive business growth.

nKey Responsibilities
nOpportunity Research & Qualification

- Monitor government tenders, enterprise procurement platforms, RFP portals,



and other procurement websites to identify relevant business opportunities.n
- Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs against organizational capabilities and qualification criteria.n
- Research prospective clients, competitors, incumbent vendors, and procurement history to develop informed proposal strategies.n
- Present bid recommendations and prospect assessments to leadership.n

nProposal & RFP Management

- Own the complete proposal lifecycle from prospect qualification through final submission.n
- Analyze RFP documents to identify compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, deliverables, risks, and timelines.n
- Develop proposal strategies, win themes, executive summaries, value propositions, and differentiators.n
