The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering solid connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goalsn
- .Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomesn
- .Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissionsn
- .Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targetsn
- .Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admissionn
- .Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentationn
- .Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learnersn
- .Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plansn
- .Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirementsn
