Job Description
Opportunity for Oracle PPM Cloud Consultant Contract | Immediate Expectations from the Role Act as the onsite Oracle PPM Cloud functional consultant and primary coordinator between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. Conduct customer requirement gathering sessions, business process walkthroughs, fit-gap discussions, and solution clarification workshops. Capture and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items. Coordinate with offshore functional consultants, technical developers, integration teams, reporting teams, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as per project plan. Validate Oracle PPM Cloud configurations and solution design for Project Costing, Project Management, Project Contract Billing, and Project Resource Management. Facilitate regular customer meetings, offshore handoffs, status reviews, design walkthroughs, test readiness reviews, and defect triage sessions. Support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, data validation,



cutover mock runs, go-live readiness, and hypercare from the onsite location. Track open items, defects, dependencies, change requests, and escalations; follow up with responsible teams to drive timely closure. Provide clear communication to customer and project leadership on progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and offshore delivery status. Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing documents, test evidence, configuration updates, reporting outputs, and integration touchpoints before customer review. Must Have Minimum 10+ years of Oracle PPM experience with solid Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementation exposure Strong onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, business process discussions, and stakeholder communication Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Project Costing, Project Management, Project Contract Billing, and Proj
