EE Network Engineer – Automotive

We are looking for an experienced EE Network Engineer with strong expertise in in-vehicle network architecture, ECU integration, network configuration, validation, diagnostics, and automotive communication protocols across vehicle programs.
n
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Design and support in-vehicle network architectures based on CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.
n
- Define network topology, message routing, bandwidth allocation, network management, and diagnostics.
n
- Support ECU integration across ADAS, Infotainment, Body, Powertrain, and Telematics domains.
n
- Coordinate with EE Architecture, System Engineering, and Tier-1 suppliers for network design and implementation.
n
- Configure and validate DBC, LDF, ARXML, and FIBEX files.
n
- Perform network simulation, testing, and validation activities on bench and vehicle.
n
- Support diagnostics communication using UDS on CAN and Ethernet.
n
- Debug and resolve network communication, bus load, latency, and timing issues.
n
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, ASPICE processes, and quality requirements.
n
- Support SOP activities, change management, and field issue analysis.
n

n
Required Skills:
n
n
- Strong hands-on experience in CAN / CAN-FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
n
- Positive understanding of Vehicle E/E Architecture.
n
- Experience in Network Configuration, Debugging, ECU Integration,
and Validation.
n
- Familiarity with Diagnostics Protocols such as UDS and OBD.
n
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 Suppliers.
n
- Knowledge of ASPICE Development Lifecycle.
n
n
n
Tools & Technologies:

- CANoe
n
- CANalyzer
n
- Automotive Ethernet Tools
n
- Network Simulation & Logging Tools
n
- ECU Flashing & Diagnostics Tools
n
n
n
Preferred:
n
n
- Experience with FlexRay Networks.
n
- Exposure to Gateway ECUs and Network Routing Strategies.
n
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
n
- Awareness of Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
n
- Experience supporting multiple vehicle platforms and programs.
n

Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Automotive / Mechatronics Engineering
n
