Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management and business teams.
n
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
n
- Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL, or other reporting tools.
n
- Monitor business KPIs and provide performance analysis to support strategic decisions.
n
- Create operational dashboards for sales, customer support, marketing, finance, and other functional teams.
n
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for timely correction.
n
- Generate ad hoc reports and analytical summaries based on management requirements.
n
- Maintain and update master databases, user records, and operational trackers.
n
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
n
- Support process automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts.
n
- Analyze trends, productivity, and operational performance and provide actionable recommendations.
n




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.
n
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and reporting processes.
n
- Train junior MIS executives on reporting standards, formulas, dashboards, and data validation processes.
n
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency and dashboard usability.

Required Skills:

n

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation).
n
- Robust knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
n
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
n
- Ability to interpret business data and present insights in a simple and actionable manner.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines.
n
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and operational reporting systems is an added advantage.
