Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related issues. Diagnose basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity problems.



Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution. Maintain accurate incident and service request records. Deliver timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills ✅ Basic Networking Knowledge ✅ TCP/IP Fundamentals ✅ Network Troubleshooting Skills ✅ Technical Support Experience ✅ Good Understanding of LAN/WAN Concepts ✅ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Preferred Skills Exposure to DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching Experience using ticketing tools Customer-facing support experience Network Monitoring Knowledge Eligibility 2-5 years of relevant Technical Support or Network Support experience. Any Degree Strong communication skills are mandatory.
