About the Role We are looking for a proactive PR & Brand Partnerships professional to drive Winston’s media visibility, brand collaborations, offline activations, and strategic partnerships across beauty, grooming, lifestyle, fashion, and relevant consumer categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, creators, brands, and agencies.
- Develop and execute PR initiatives for product launches, brand stories, founder stories, campaigns, and product features.
- Pitch stories and products to relevant beauty, fashion, lifestyle, grooming, technology, and business media.
- Identify and manage brand collaborations, co-branded campaigns, partnerships, and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Plan and execute offline events, pop-ups, press meets, exhibitions, activations, and brand experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, media, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Social Media,



Influencer, Product, Design, Sales, and E-commerce teams.
- Track media coverage, PR performance, partnerships, and activation outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor PR activities, events, and partnership opportunities.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to increase Winston’s visibility, credibility, and brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in PR, Brand Partnerships, Communications, Events, or Experiential Marketing.
- Strong media and industry network.
- Experience in PR pitching, brand collaborations, and offline event execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently from ideation to execution.
- Experience in Beauty, Grooming, Fashion, Lifestyle, D2C, Consumer Tech, or Personal Care is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for events, meetings, activations, and partnerships.
