About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will own campaign performance end-to-end, manage budgets efficiently, and consistently drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Google Ads experience is a plus
- Build and manage audience targeting, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event configuration
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage and allocate ad budgets to maximize returns
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and placements




- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid social advertising

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with positive ROI
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and campaign optimization
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferable experience running Meta ads with sizeable budgets. Preferably in SAAS/cloud/IT domain
