Job Title: Post Print Supervisor

Department: Production – Post Print

Location: Khopoli

Reporting To: Production Manager / Production Head

Job Summary The Post Print Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all post-printing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily post-print operations including Die Cutting, Foil Stamping, Window Patching, Folder Gluing, Pasting, and Packing activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower as per production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance, productivity, and wastage levels.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the stipulated timeline.
- Maintain quality standards as per customer specifications and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Printing, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper machine setup, changeovers, and production records are maintained.
- Monitor material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Implement 5S, housekeeping, and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Train operators and helpers on machine operation and quality requirements.




- Prepare daily production reports and submit them to management.
- Minimize rejections, rework, and downtime through effective supervision.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of post-print processes in carton packaging manufacturing.
- Understanding of Die Cutting, Bobst Machines, Folder Gluer, Foil Stamping, and Pasting operations.
- Ability to manage manpower and production planning.
- Strong problem-solving and team-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for production reporting.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in Printing & Packaging Industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical carton manufacturing will be preferred.
