Job Title: Assistant Executive – R&D; to development of sheet and strap for hawai products through rubber compounding, drive production and process support, and ensure the quality parameters are met in testing for Hawai footwear. Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Manufacturing Facility

1. Duties and Responsibilities
2. Rubber Compounding &
- Development:

Develop rubber compound formulation meeting the product specification, raw material evaluation and chemical evaluation
- Testing &
- Characterization: Assist in testing and characterization (such as MDR/rheology, tensile strength, hardness, abrasion resistance, and shrinkage) to ensure quality and performance standards.
- Production &
- Process Support: Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes across mixing (Banbury/Kneader), two-roll mills, extruders, and moulding presses.
- Lab-to-Plant Scale-Up: Support the development, scale-up, and implementation of polymer analysis techniques and plant trial batches.
- Troubleshooting &
- Defect Control: Assist in identifying root causes of processing defects on the shop floor and support corrective action plans.
- Documentation &
- Reporting: Document and report findings from experiments, lab tests, batch trials, and standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance.

1. Qualifications and Requirements
2. Education:



Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Polymer Technology Rubber Technology.
3. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in polymer/ rubber product manufacturing (Production/R&D;/Technical)
4. Technical Exposure: Familiarity with polymer compounding, rubber processing, and manufacturing equipment (Banbury/Kneader mixers, two-roll mills, extruders, compression moulding presses).
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and trouble shooting abilities applied to both lab testing and shop-floor production troubleshooting.
