Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals in PMS / AIF Operations with strong exposure to investment operations, trade settlements, reconciliation, NAV/portfolio valuation, regulatory compliance, and client reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with fund managers, custodians, brokers, banks and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day PMS / AIF investment operations.
- Execute and monitor buy/sell transactions as per Fund Manager instructions.
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, banks and exchanges for trade settlements and operational queries.
- Perform daily cash, securities and portfolio reconciliations with custodian records.
- Monitor settlement of equity, debt, derivatives and mutual fund transactions.
- Prepare/review NAV, portfolio valuation and performance reports.
- Handle KYC, AML, documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI/RBI guidelines and PMS/AIF regulations.




- Maintain accurate and audit-ready transaction and investment records.
- Support periodic regulatory and internal reporting.
- Prepare AUM, transaction, reconciliation and management MIS reports.
- Handle operational queries related to client holdings, statements, payouts and investment reports.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in PMS Operations / AIF Operations / Portfolio Operations / Investment Operations.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement and reconciliation.
- Experience coordinating with custodians and brokers.
- Understanding of NAV calculation and portfolio valuation.
- Knowledge of Equity, Debt, Derivatives and Mutual Funds.
- Good understanding of SEBI PMS/AIF regulations, KYC and AML.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working in Asset Management Companies (AMC), PMS firms, AIFs, Investment Management firms, Custodians, Fund Accounting or Capital Market Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
